Since 2010, my approach has emphasized teamwork and collaboration within the Pre-Production and Operations Departments. Creating a fun and family-oriented work environment is essential to me ensuring everyone feels comfortable and enjoys their tasks daily. I'm passionate about solving problems efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service, defining success by seeing my team happy and smiling at the end of the day. The California Closets warehouse team is special because of our camaraderie and genuine care for each other, making working toward common goals productive and enjoyable. We understand we each have an important role to play in creating the final product and we don’t succeed unless we are all on point. Must-have qualities to work with me include a team mentality, strong work ethic, and proactive problem-solving skills. My team is always striving to find the best ways to do their tasks. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, tending to my vegetable garden, and raising several chickens.
