Tell me about your educational & professional background. I graduated from Bradford Business School in 1983. I have over 30+ years of customer service experience in various fields and with people all over the world. Why did you come to work for California Closets? I enjoy working for a family owned business.  What is your favorite thing about this company? Our owners, designers, installers, and customer liaisons are very knowledgeable in all aspects of organization. What do you offer uniquely as a designer for your clients? As the customer liaison, I encourage our customers to give extensive information about their project in order to relay to their designer what exactly their needs are. What do you love or enjoy about design/various design styles and/or what has influenced you as a designer? Personally I enjoy seeing the finished product.
