As a Customer Liaison Manager, I oversee the training of our Customer Liaisons, field questions from designers, and ensure seamless communication between designers and their customers. For me, good customer service is all about clear and concise communication, coupled with an approachable yet professional demeanor. I love being the first point of contact for customers, whether it's to help ease their stress about a project or to share in their excitement about transforming their living spaces.
