I have been working in the home improvement industry for over 30 years with 15 years designing closets. Cherie Gildersleeve is the best! She's helped us with many projects over many homes, and I can always count on her dedication and professionalism.- I have to say from the start of this process your consultant/ Designer Cherie to the installers was one of the nicest experiences I have ever had. The plans and the installation matched which today is amazing and I mean amazing. I work in the lumber industry for about 40 years and plans and project do not seem to run hand and hand anymore most of the time not even close. It was nice one and done. The installers we had at our house not 1 scratch not 1 scuff not 1 unnecessary hole in my house.
- I appreciate the opportunity to look at alternative designs and co-design with the consultant. I also like that she's a good listener and can quickly search for related CA Closet solutions that might meet our specific needs (e.g., can we put speaker mesh over a cabinet drawer so we can have a Sonos speaker plugged in inside the drawer).
- I have enjoyed working with Cherie on several projects for my clients and she is great to work with, very responsive and an excellent designer.
- During Covid we had to set up Zoom consultation and we chose CC based on the professionalism and ease of that meeting. Our designer, Cherie listened to us and made all the changes we asked for during our virtual meeting. It was easy to visualize our plans and the installation went smoothly. They had made an error on a set of pull outs which was discovered upon installation but resolved the problem as soon as they could and sent out another installer to deliver. We love our California Closets pantry!
