Clayton Lancaster
Design Consultant
Clayton Lancaster’s experience leading him to California Closets of Tennessee affords him a complete 360 perspective on all the elements necessary to deliver successful design, implementation, and useability.
Before joining California Closets of Tennessee, he worked as a lead carpenter overseeing high-end installations in luxury homes. He also spent time running his own design/build company that built his affinity for creative design and solutions. Prior to coming home to Nashville, years in New York as a display artist for a major national clothing retailer allows him to consider how clothes and items can best be displayed while designing his client’s custom spaces.
In all, with this diversified background, he simultaneously considers how to optimize a client’s build out, make it look fantastic, while also looking ahead to how their possessions will perfectly integrate within it.
An accredited artist, Lancaster graduated from Nashville’s Watkins College of Art with a degree in sculpture.
Great process. Clayton and his team thoroughly worked with us during the design process to create six beautiful closets. They were amazing to work with. The install team was great as well.
