Leah Moon

Design has been at the heart of my life for nearly 35 years. My journey began in San Antonio, where I trained as a ballet dancer and performed professionally with the San Antonio Ballet. I later served as Assistant Director of Avant International Modeling & Casting Agency, where I scouted and trained models while coordinating fashion shows for renowned designers and publications including Seventeen, Mademoiselle, Teen Vogue, and others. My passion for visual storytelling naturally evolved into the creative arts. I designed costumes for the San Antonio Ballet and pageant competitions while also working with internationally recognized photographers and film productions, providing art direction, wardrobe styling, hair and makeup coordination, set design, and production support. Those experiences taught me the importance of balancing creativity with organization, precision, and collaboration. After studying interior design at the University of the Incarnate Word, I dedicated my career to creating thoughtfully designed spaces that enhance the way people live. Today, as a Designer and Project Manager with California Closets, I combine technical expertise with creative vision to design custom storage solutions that are both highly functional and beautifully tailored to each client’s lifestyle. My design philosophy is simple: function always comes first—but exceptional design should also create a sense of comfort, beauty, and sanctuary. Every project is an opportunity to transform a home into a space that is not only organized but also deeply personal and inspiring.
