I had wanted to change my guest room to a more flexible space. I made an appointment with Pam and she totally understood the mission! We worked through a few different options to create a wall cabinet with a Murphy bed including open and closed shelving. I was very pleased with the design process and the installers were super professional, treating my home as if it were theirs. I love how the room has been transformed from a typical guest room with a bed including it to a more elevated space. Highly recommend this company (California Closets Connecticut) because of the people who work for them and the high quality of the custom cabinet.

Who knew a home office could be this transformed?! A massive shoutout to Pam and the California Closets team for performing what can only be described as a modern-day miracle. My husband’s office was basically a clutter graveyard — a terrifying vortex where paperwork, mystery cables, and random golf balls went to die. Enter Pam: thoughtful, creative, and kind of a magician. She took one look at that disaster zone, got out her measuring tape, and turned it into a beautifully organized, functional space where — it actually looks clean. The best part? All my husband’s random junk is still there… we just can’t see it anymore! It’s neatly tucked away behind sleek cabinets and drawers like a secret we’ll never speak of again. If you’re considering getting your life together (or at least pretending you have), call California Closets & ask for Pam.

In August 2023, we had a great experience as we enlisted Pam from California Closets (CC) to help us design and schedule the installation of our new Master Bedroom closet system. We had interviewed reps from 2 other companies, and decided upon CC because of pricing and product design services representation by Pam, our designer. When it came time for our installation, we were so very impressed with our installer, Kevin. He arrived on time and focused upon completing the task. Provided a very clean finished product and workspace when he left. Very happy with this our 2nd experience with this office of CC.

Pam was so professional and helpful with designing my new beautiful closets! They are such good quality and provide me with much more space. The tech who came and installed the closets did a great job in a timely fashion :)

Our process was even better than I had hoped. Pam helped us to design 3 beautiful closets that fit within our budget, and explained all of the different pricing levels so that we were able to pick and choose features that worked for us. We had been wasting a ton of space, but now have the whole closet available for storage. The installation was excellent, even vacuumed the insides of the drawers and wiped everything down. We also noticed they even filled in a screw hole from our previous closet rod! The timing from design to installation was much faster than we anticipated.

We are enjoying our new closets and bookcase. Pam Burr, as always has been very helpful and in contact with us all along the way. Jose did a great job of installing the master bedroom closet All, in all, we are very pleased.
