Paolo was really easy to work with and very patient with us. We had a lot going on at the time that we were working on this project and he was always patient and flexible with us for meetings, zoom calls etc. When we started the project, I was 6 weeks away from expecting our new baby and Paolo always kept in mind our timeline and wanting to get the closets done before her arrival. We were able to complete the plans and then was excited to find out it would be installed 4 weeks later which was a quick turn around. To make it even better, I reached out to kathy with scheduling and she was able to move our apt up a whole week ahead. This was huge for us because we were able to get everything moved in and organized before our new little ones arrival. In terms of the quality of the items, we are very impressed. With the help of Paolo, our designs fit everything perfectly. We have really enjoyed the closets over the last month. thank you CA closets and Paolo!
