My designer, Ashley Rutter, truly listened to everything I wanted—not just in designing my closet, but in making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She knew I had to work the day of the installation, so she went above and beyond to move the date up just so I could have my closet ready before bringing my dog back home. On top of that, she stayed at my house the entire day to oversee the install. When I got home from work and opened my closet door, I was completely blown away. It was a wow moment.
