With a background in administrative support and customer service — both in office and retail — I’ve always enjoyed keeping things organized and helping things run smoothly. I love hearing customers’ stories and learning what matters most to them — it helps me bring warmth and understanding to every interaction. As the first point of contact for many clients, I help coordinate appointments, gather important project details, and ensure communication flows seamlessly between our teams.
