Rodica Burdujel

Born and raised in Eastern Europe, but at heart a true American dreamer, I first stepped onto American soil in 2015. From a young age, I was drawn to all things creative-art, interiors, and styling. After the birth of my second child, I found time to revisit that lifelong passion and began studying interior design in depth. My journey with California Closets began as a customer. After earning my certificate in interior design, I was fortunate to reconnect with the brand professionally. Since November 2023, I've had the incredible opportunity to transform my creative vision into reality. What I love most about this field is that every project is unique. Creative minds thrive on variety, and this constant evolution keeps me energized. While I enjoy managing projects from start to finish, my favorite part is being in the office-diving into technical drawings, developing design concepts, and crafting tailored solutions. For me, each design is a personal expression of the client's taste, lifestyle, and daily needs. I specialize in designing closets and storage solutions that are as functional as they are beautiful, tailored to every lifestyle. My strengths include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a sharp eye for detail, managing large-scale projects, and always seeking creative solutions. Outside of work, my life revolves around my family. I'm a proud mother of two, and they're my biggest inspiration and motivation. We love spending time outdoors —whether it's exploring New Mexico's beautiful nature, visiting local art fairs, or simply enjoying a cozy weekend at home. Balancing motherhood and a creative career aren't always easy, but it's incredibly rewarding —and it constantly reminds me of the importance of thoughtful design in everyday life. As I look ahead, I'm focused on continuing to grow, refine my craft, and deliver even better results for my clients. My best design tip: Before you start your renovation -think about storage!
