Cris Morales

I started with California Closets in what was supposed to be a temporary shop position assembling drawers. I worked hard, and it didn't go unnoticed. I was eventually promoted to Shop Supervisor and now in charge of any production we do locally and making sure that everything is ready for our installers for a smooth install. I love my job and the challenges of keeping things moving along smoothly and problem solving. I actually get a little bit of a thrill when I know there's a problem with a job ready for install and I have to find a way to fix it before the vans roll out.
