Kathy was fantastic. Completely understood what I was looking fo and our budget. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and encouraging. A pleasure. I was also so impressed with the technology that made designing so easy!

Working with Kathy is always a pleasure. She gets our needs and interprets them to come up with a design that has worked well with our earlier closet room project and our current great room wall unit. She is always prompt to return phone calls and emails and we trust her taste and professional manner.

It is not often that I share my thoughts with businesses that I've dealt with - my experience with California Closets was literally one of the only great things to come out of 2020! Kathy LaMorte recognized early on in the process that I didn't know what I didn't know. She painstakingly took the time to explain the process and was able to translate my thoughts into a beautiful design, modifying it several times based on her experience, which resulted in the perfect system for me. While it's only a garage, it's now one of the best looking, functional and organized rooms in my house.

We are extremely happy with our experience at this point of working and designing with Kathy. She is professional, experienced, and a pleasure to be with. She understands our needs and works efficiently with the computer software to show us exactly what we will be getting. So far it's been an extraordinary experience!
