Linda was great to work with. She was out our home within a week of my initial inquiry and was thorough in asking questions about our needs. The plan she drew up was exactly what we were looking for and the price was fair. While it took a while for the actual installation to occur, it took nothing away from the service and quality of California Closets.- This was our 3rd CC project/install - our beautiful book case! We absolutely love it. CC has been nothing but top notch in terms of quality and customer service. From the beginning, our experiences with CC have been super positive. Our design consult with the wonderful Linda Merchant was easy, collaborative and stress-free. She offered great ideas and was a pleasure to work with. After the book case was installed, we had a few little picky things we wanted touched up. CC was there within the week to handle the issues. I was hesitant to reach out to CC at first (a couple years back when we needed a master closet install) because I had heard how expensive the product is. I am so glad I called. CC has added so much beauty (and storage space!) to our home. This was money well spent. I will recommend CC to everyone who asks. Thank you again for our beautiful book case...and master closet, mudroom and basement storage systems, too! Linda M, you are a gem! So glad we got linked with you from the onset.
- Linda Merchant was very careful and patient to figure out what would best meet our needs. The photos of the designs were particularly helpful. As our remodel progressed, she adjusted the designs as needed, and met with me on Zoom to be sure I understood the changes. Linda was a pleasure to work with. We've had California Closets in the past and were very happy with all the features. We hope to have them again in the future.
- From the start, Linda did a great job at giving us a few different design options until we were very happy with the final layout. The install went very smoothly with Jim. So, yes, we would recommend California Closets to everyone we know, and we also will be talking to them about our other cabinet needs!
- A thoroughly positive experience. My design specialist, Linda, was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. She spent a great deal of time considering our current needs and working with me to address and resolve our concerns. She followed up with me promptly and quickly revised the plan to accommodate our needs. The installation was pretty flawless. Our installer, Dan, was extremely professional, considerate and skilled. He was very helpful in providing his expertise to resolve a couple of things that needed to be addressed to ensure we were happy with the end product. He arrived precisely at the scheduled time on both days, conducted himself in a most professional manner and kept the work area neat and tidy. We couldn’t be happier with our new closet!
