Since Childhood, I have had a passion for all artistic and creative, from music, to art, to decoration and aesthetics. I also find helping others to be rewarding, a calling.
At California Closets, I am able to bring those interests together by helping customers to create space that is perfectly suited to their specific tastes and needs, where they feel at home and where the aesthetic meets function.
I believe that a harmonious and organized environment is key to feeling calm and clear, and what better place to create that than in our own home.
Originally from Argentina, I bring an eclectic eye for design and the ability to connect with people with a diversity of needs, tastes and backgrounds.

I was so pleased with everything from start to finish! Maria was a pleasure to work with and Barry a true craftsman! They both did an amazing job! Thank you for creating the best custom closet!- I had absolutely amazing experience with California closets and my designer Maria Mizzau. I talked to several companies that offered lower prices, but Maria definitely went above and beyond with her design. I was never pushed to spend extra money and was offered different materials and price points. Maria took into account the position of fire sprinklers, which nobody else did, and some other small issues that were important. She was very responsive to my feedback and everything she did was perfect! There were no issues with measurements or anything else. I definitely got what I ordered. The tear down and the install were perfect. The team was extremely professional. I am happy with my end product and I definitely recommend Maria to anyone looking for high end closet design.
